A moist, soft cake filled with pineapple, apricots and dates. Just nutty enough, with almonds and pecans. The batter is pleasantly spiced and rummed.
A ring cake (7" in diameter) decorated with nuts and candied fruits, shrink wrapped on a gold foil board and placed in an attractive blue foil box or gold tin.
